-CLOSED- Teething Bling by Smart Mom Review & Giveaway!

Little Michael is quite the teether. According to his Dr., he has been teething since he was 3 months old...he's 9 months now. That's a lot of teething for one little man! He chews on everything! Everything goes in his mouth! I had stopped wearing jewelry when he was born and haven't really worn much since then, because I didn't want him trying to put it in his mouth. So, needless to say, I was so excited when I found out that Smart Mom was going to send me some of their Teething Bling for a review!

Teething Bling is the original patent-pending teething jewelry. The Teething Bling pendants, bangles and keychains are made from the same silicone as most teething toys. Their products contain no harmful chemicals such as phthalates, BPA's, PVC's, lead or latex and all pendants come with a breakaway clasp as an added safety measure. They not only look great for mommy to wear as jewelry, but they are safe for your little one to play with and chew on too!

Smart Mom Jewelry sent me a wonderful package that included the Onyx Donut Shaped Pendant and the Jade and Brown Gift Set (which includes the Jade Donut Shaped Pendant, the Brown Bangle and the Jade Bangle).

I love the onyx one because, well, black goes with everything! The jade and brown set is also perfect for me because brown and blue are my favorite colors!

They have so many other beautiful solid colors, patterns and bangles too! 

Well, little Michael took to the Teething Bling like a fish to water! I think it's teething heaven for him!

hhhmmm... Where does it go? ...Oh yeah, in my mouth!

I wear my Teething Bling necklaces and/or bangles pretty much every day. I love that the necklaces are right at the perfect spot for little Michael when we are out shopping. He sits up in his shopping cart cover and can play with and munch on the necklace while I push the cart! It's the perfect dangling distraction for him - it keeps him happy and it helps his poor little gummies! (He has 4 teeth trying to come in right now...my poor baby!) 

I was so thankful I had one of the Teething Bling necklaces on when we were up north visiting my family and took an afternoon trip to the beach. I grew up on the Monterey Bay and would go to  Carmel Beach a lot. So, I thought it would be so much fun and such a wonderful little memory to take little Michael to the beach I grew up on. His first encounter with sand did NOT go well...

I don't think he's a beach baby.

The rest of the afternoon, he wanted nothing other than to be held and chew on his Teething Bling necklace. Sorry little man for the rough introduction to sand and the ocean!

So, all that to say that little Michael LOVES his Teething Bling and I love that I can wear necklaces without having to worry about telling him no every time he reaches for my necklace or bangles, I love that it is safe for him to chew on and that it eases his pain with teething, and I love that they are stylish for me and entertaining for him! I only wish that I had known about Teething Bling sooner!
