Incredibum Bamboo Cloth Diaper Review & Giveaway!

  I am so excited to be part of the Incredibum Incredimom blogging team! You might remember that a few month ago, I had the opportunity to review the Incredibum Bum-boo Incrediwipes. Well, I am happy to say that this month I get to share a little bit about the Incredibum Bamboo Cloth Diaper with you! 

Incredibum is still pretty new to the cloth diaper world, since they just recently launched their product line in October 2011. I received an Incredibum Bamboo cloth diaper in Caterpillar and I was thrilled! It is my favorite shade of green for little man and matches his room perfectly! If he sits on the carpet in his room, his little cloth butt blends right in!  

The Incredibum Bamboo cloth diaper is a one size diaper and has been created to fit an 8-35lb baby. All you need to do is adjust the rise with the front snaps to the setting that best fits your little one. It is a unique system where the bum pads just snap onto the fleece lined cover. Now, I have definitely not tried all of the cloth diapers out there (not by any stretch of the imagination), but I was actually shocked to realize that I have never tried a diaper with a snap in insert before! (Incredibum has some instructions on their website, which are helpful)

 There are two bum pads included with each diaper - a regular insert that works with the medium and large setting and a smaller booster insert that can work alone on the small setting or be added for extra absorption on the medium and large setting.  

"The bum pad insert is made up of bamboo (67%), cotton (23%), and polyester (10%). The shell is made up of polyester (100%), TPU waterproof coating and Microfiber fleece lining."

I loved the inserts! I think that it is wonderful that they are made of bamboo, which is a renewable resource and very absorbent. They are also incredibly soft and have a terry cloth feel to them! Another feature of this diaper is that there are 4 snaps per side, making for a very secure fit.  The front is also gathered, which I actually like. Little man isa stomach sleeper, so I think that this feature really helps keep the moisture in.

Overall, I really loved this diaper! It was great for us! Even though little man is mostly potty trained, he still does wear a diaper for naps, at bedtime and if we go out for a long day trip. Little man usually still has a wet nap-time and night-time diaper and this diaper has done a great job and we haven't had any leaks! {gotta love it!} I think that it is great that the diaper is made with bamboo, a natural fiber, and would love to have more in my cloth diaper rotation. I really like that the color selection of the Incredibum Bamboo Cloth Diapers. They come in 7 wonderful colors and I love them all!
