The Ultimate Swim Diaper! AppleCheeks Swim Diaper Review & Nature Bumz Co. Sponsor Spotlight #summerfluffing

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with Nature Bumz Co. for the Summer Fluffing giveaway hop! Nature Bumz Co. is a premier online shop and retail shop in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. At Nature Bumz Co., their goal is to provide the whole family with products that are safe, natural and organic. They believe in excellence in customer service as well as doing everything they can to make your entire experience at Nature Bumz Co. a great one!  Founder Crystal and her husband Brian opened Nature Bumz Co. together in October 2010 and they truly believe in the brands and products that they carry. They have used most of the products from their shop on their 3 children - so they have a lot of experience with these items! Talk about a great resource! How wonderful to have a shop where the owners have tried and tested such a great variety of cloth diapering and natural products! At Nature Bumz Co., their goal is to help you find the best products and answer your questions...whether it's about cloth diapering, green parenting or natural living!

Both the Nature Bumz Co. online shop and brick & mortar store are well stocked with cloth diapers, accessories, laundry detergents and more.  They are so passionate about selling natural & organic products and they want to find the best products for you and your little ones. At Nature Bumz Co. they truly care about customers.

Nature Bumz Co. was so kind to send me an AppleCheeks Swim Diaper in Totally Twilight in size 1 for little Riley. He is 18.5lbs and this swim diaper fits him perfectly! The AppleCheeks swim diaper comes in two sizes: Size 1 fits from7lbs-20lbs and Size 2 fits from 18lbs-40lbs.

This is such a cute and soft swim diaper! It is made with two layers of polyester mesh that makes the diaper move really well as Riley wore it. The mesh material is comfy, breathable and soft and lets the water move easily through the swim diaper. The mesh material, along with the elastic at the waistband and legs, keeps any solids out of the pool. (thankfully Riley hasn't christened this swim diaper...yet!) I was so happy that I was able to get such a great fit on Riley! With the snaps is is super easy to adjust the fit as your little one grows. I love the royal blue color of Totally Twilight and really, even though I could put board shorts on Riley, who wants to cover that cuteness up?!? I think Riley totally rocks the ruffled elastic too!

The AppleCheeks swim diaper has two rows of snaps and they are my favorite feature. It is soooo much easier to unsnap a wet swim diaper than trying to wrestle and tug and pull at a wet swim diaper that just pulls on and off. Those just seem to get stuck on little legs! I am also a huge fan love how soft and moveable the fabric is. I think that especially when you have a little one who can walk, this diaper will really move with them and be comfortable to wear. The fabric also has a very breathable quality to it that helps it to air dry quickly and it's nice and light - no weighing a baby down! If you are familiar with the AppleCheeks diapering system, you'll love their swim diaper just as much!

If you are headed to the pool or beach, this is the ultimate swim diaper for your little one!

You can shop online at Nature Bumz Co. for AppleCheeks swim diapers, as well as many other safe, natural, organic products for mom, baby and the whole family!

  9. I have ordered from Nature Bumz before and they have amazing service. I have the older style applecheeks swim diaper with the mesh but haven't tried the new style.

  10. What a great review! I always like to see kids at the high end of a diapers weight "limit". I tend to overdo it and size up. But he seems like this diaper will fit him the rest of this summer even though he is at the upper weight.

P.S. As a side note, I find your font a little hard to read. I don't know what it is. Maybe a little more spacing between lines would help.

  11. That is my favourite colour! I love the double row of snaps. This really makes me want AppleCheeks swim diapers for my son. I would go with size 2 though because he is tall and chubby 30 lbs. I am looking into purchasing a couple pairs locally.

  13. AppleCheeks are one of my favourite diapers because of the fit and the ruffle(!). These swim diapers are really nice! I find the two size system a good compromise between the expense of sized diapers and the bulkiness of OS diapers.

  14. I haven't bought a swim diaper yet because I thought I might use one of my diaper covers, but since I'm worried about chlorine ruining the covers, I can't choose a least favorite cover to use. :0 But I like the look of the Applecheek swim diaper a lot! (Also, you have an adorable baby!)

  15. I have had a hard time finding swim diapers that actually fit my daughter. She has chunky legs, so most of the ones that should fit her by weight are too tight. These seem like they might be the answer. I also love that they unsnap so you don't have to pull it down over the legs, in case there is a poo!

  16. What a cute swim diaper, and I love how it is adjustable. I definitely need one of these for my baby girl, we spend a lot of time at the pool.

  17. Very cute looking - and from Canada, which is a huge plus for me! I shop local but that can be hard with cloth diapers!

  18. That looks like it has a really great fit. I like that it isn't pul so the water can move freely, and hopefully not get so hot.

  19. I love that this swim diaper has snap closures. I haven't bought a dedicated swim diaper, but this is on my short list!

  20. I've been meaning to get a swim diaper too. This is a cute one. I like the print ones too that look more "swim suitish" but I like the apple cheeks ruffle style for this. :)

  21. I'm not sure why anyone would choose to put a disposable diaper on their baby for pool time, when there are such amazing swim diapers like Applecheeks!

  22. After attempting to removed a swim diaper with only one set of side snaps after my little one had a BM I can now appreciate the beauty of two sets of snaps. I definitely want to give this swim diaper a try.

  23. This looks like it would be a much better fit than our current swim diaper. I also love the look of Apple Cheeks

  24. Thanks for the giveaway. We have some of Apple Cheeks pocket diapers that still fit our special needs little guy at 55lbs. Right now we use disposable swim diapers, but I'd love a reuseable one! :)

  25. We have a swim diaper with velcro, but it would be nice to try this one with snaps. Might come in handy to have the snaps.

  26. I've been using an unstuffed regular diaper for swimming and really need to get an actual swim diaper. I'm reading reviews trying tow find what will be the best fit for my little guy. I agree with you that snaps are best, I don't think it would be easy to get a "christianed" diaper off without snaps!
